Create Titanium Weave marcel curling iron, 3-26 mm

The Create Titanium Weave (branded WIVV on the handle) is a Korean marcel-style iron for iron perms, where the stylist shapes each curl strand by strand, and for curl styling. Create's promise is a soft curl with real body: the titanium-coated barrel delivers strong, even heat, so curls set faster with less stress on the hair. The manufacturer says the titanium model needs a shorter hold time on the barrel than conventional irons.

A ceramic heater sits inside the barrel. Create describes fast initial heat-up and quick temperature recovery between sections. The barrel itself is a high-conductivity special alloy, and its surface carries a titanium coating that reduces friction and helps protect the hair from damage.

The clamp, which Create calls the Power Glove, is heat-treated stainless steel. Its pressure is adjustable, so you can set it according to how damaged the hair is and how thick the section is. A raised edge along the clamp catches hairs that would otherwise slip out sideways while winding. The clamp lever has a nylon finish, and a rotating silicone band on the handle gives a secure, comfortable grip through long days at the chair.

Temperature is set with a switch protected by a safety circuit: 80 to 200 °C in five steps of 30 °C. According to Create, the automatic IC control holds an accurate temperature even at the low settings. The LED ring stays lit while heating and starts blinking at the set temperature. When you step down to a lower setting, the light goes off and blinks again once the iron has cooled to it. The cord swivels 360° to stay tangle-free.

Choosing a size. Create groups the round barrels like this: 6-14 mm for short hair, 16-22 mm for long hair. The 3 and 5 mm models work differently: instead of a clamp they have a separate presser arm, and you control the pressure with your hand. The manufacturer recommends them for precise, technical work such as down perms (pressing hair flat near the root) and correcting hair growth direction, where strong pressure is needed. The 24 and 26 mm barrels are available to order, but Create's published spec covers the line up to 22 mm, so we do not list their wattage.
