Cuenic Waving Multi Solution is a two-bottle multi perm: a milky white step-1 lotion and an amber step-2 lotion, 280 ml each. It is made in Korea by Create under its Le'ess brand. The label sums up the idea: a multi-purpose waving lotion that, thanks to a complex of highly functional ingredients, curls many hair types with any permanent method, from a clinic cold wave to a heat wave perm.
The point is to cover your whole menu with one product. According to the manufacturer, step 1 relies on a highly functional reducing agent and handles a wide range of looks: classic rod waves, heat perms (digital, setting, regular straight and magic straightening of curly hair) and technical styles such as texture and foil perms. You stay with the same lotion on hair from healthy to very damaged and adjust the procedure instead.

How to use
Clinic cold perm, per the manufacturer:
- Shampoo and towel dry.
- Pre-treat if the hair is heavily damaged.
- Pre-apply step 1.
- Wind without tension; process with heat at 40 °C for 5-10 minutes, or naturally for 10 minutes.
- Rinse with water and towel dry.
- Apply step 2 and leave for 10 minutes.
- Rinse and finish with a treatment.
Heat perm, setting perm and magic straightening:
- Shampoo and towel dry.
- Pre-treat if the hair is heavily damaged.
- Rinse and dry.
- Apply step 1, process naturally for 10-15 minutes, then do a softening test.
- Wind, or work the hair with a flat iron (magic press).
- Heat: the manufacturer says to choose 5-10 minutes depending on hair type.
- Natural processing for 10 minutes.
- Apply step 2 and leave for 10 minutes.
- Rinse and finish with a treatment.
