Create O3 Mistimer hair steamer with 2,800 ml tank, 1300 W

The Create O3 Mistimer is a Korean hair steamer that delivers mist and steam at the same time through a flexible hose. Stylists use it to process perm lotions, colour and treatments in warm, humid conditions with a precisely set temperature and time. It is made by the Korean company Create (그리에이트), which says the Mistimer was first developed in 2003.

The controls are digital, one touch per function. The panel has a timer you set to the time you need, two modes, A and B, in which you adjust temperature and moisture output, plus menu and power buttons. Temperature is set from 35 to 60 °C in 5 °C steps. The maker says the simple controller lets even a first-time user work with the unit comfortably.

According to the maker, the 2,800 ml tank holds enough water for work, and the unit delivers plenty of moisture step by step according to the set programme. An air filter in the lower part of the body keeps air circulating. The handle is stainless steel with a hook for the hose, and the stand is on castors. The maker also says the unit removes impurities and has a sanitising effect that protects the hair from damage; that is its wording, and we have not tested it.
