The Asia Electronics Eco Quick Steamer is a compact Korean hair steamer on a wheeled stand that delivers moist mist and steam to the hair under a processing cap. According to the maker, the unit boils water to 100 °C and delivers the flow at 35-45 °C. Mist (particles of about 3 microns) and steam (about 0.001 microns) come out at the same time.
