A hair steamer delivers warm or cold mist and steam to the hair. Salons use it for perms, colour and treatments, whenever a solution or mask should work in a warm, moist environment rather than in open air.
Why a steamer matters for cold perms. In a classic rod perm the solution works without a machine, and the stylist's main concern is that every section processes the same way. Warm, moist mist keeps the solution from drying on the surface and holds the temperature around the head steady, so processing time is easier to control from one client to the next. After neutralising, the same machine is used for treatments, helping the mask spread evenly along the lengths.
This section features four Korean machines. The Asia Electronics Eco Quick Steamer is a compact wheeled stand with cold and warm mist, steam and a touch panel. The Airafa Himitsu Head Spa is a cabinet unit with ultrasonic mist, two outlets and programs, in white or rose gold. The Airafa Ion Spa Care is a classic hood steamer with ions and ozone. The Create Mistimer has a large 2800 ml tank and releases mist and steam at the same time.
How to choose. A compact stand suits a small salon, a large tank suits a steady flow of clients, and a model with programs suits scalp spa services. We confirm voltage and the kit for your country when you order.
